A Soul Care Retreat is intentional time away to break away from stress, stuckĀ + overwhelm to rest, get clarity and find peace.
Retreats can be a part of an already planned vacation or the sole focus of your time away.
Here are 10 reasons you really need a soul care retreat.

Packages

  • Consultation | 15 minutes Introductory Questionnaire Evaluation (via email/Slack)
  • Provide 2-3 options for places to stay (reservations, cost, availability)
  • Once location is chosen, provide 3 options for soul care related to the area/weather
  • Provide 1-2 options for transportation, lodging
  • Send Expectations + Preparations Email 72 hours before retreat
  • Follow-up Email 48 hours after retreat
  • Consultation | (10 minutes via email/Slack) 20 minutes (Introductory Questionnaire Evaluation, Zoom)
  • Provide 2-3 options for places to stay (reservations, cost, availability)
  • Reserve location, transportation (if needed)
  • Once reservation is confirmed, provide 5 options + schedule/outline for soul care related to the area/weather
  • Send Expectations + Preparations Email 72 hours before retreat
  • Follow-up Email 48 hours after retreat
  • Follow-up Call within 1 week after retreat
  • Consultation | 15 minutes (email/Slack) (Introductory Questionnaire Evaluation | 30 minutes)
  • Provide 2-3 options for places to host the retreat (reservations, cost, catering, meeting space)
  • Reserve location, transportation (if needed)
  • Once reservation is confirmed, build the schedule for the retreat to include facilitation of breakout sessions, times of silence; customized to meet the needs of the client
  • Check-In, Finalize Retreat Schedule
  • Print + Prepare all materials
  • Attend and Facilitate OR Send Prepared Facilitation Outline for sessions as contracted*
  • *For Individuals: Daily Text Messages, 1 Face-Time/Zoom conversation | *For Couples: Daily Text Messages, 1 Face-Time Conversation
  • Wrap up bill and final details with location
  • Send Expectations + Preparations Email 1 week before retreat
    Follow-up Email 48 hours after retreat
  • Follow-up Call or Face-to Face Meeting within 1 week after retreat
